• foster and promote knowledge on the part of the general public concerning the Nebraska ANG in general and of the RF-4C Phantom II aircraft in particular
• support and promote the study of the history of the Nebraska ANG and RF-4C Phantom II
• further the public understanding of the importance of military aviation as a critical element of national defense and to encourage critical thought on this subject
• provide financial support to organizations sponsoring projects that fit within the goals and mission of NEANG Phantom  Inc.
• provide a forum for the fraternity of all those persons who have, through their service with the Nebraska ANG, been associated with the RF-4C Phantom II and to encourage and facilitate their continuing association with one another

Nebraska Phantom Inc. is not affiliated with the Department of Defense, U.S. Air Force, State of Nebraska, Nebraska Military Department or the Nebraska ANG.  Current Board members are:
